Your name, email address and message when you use the contact form.
Your email address and confirmation status when you request the newsletter.
Short-lived, pseudonymized anti-abuse identifiers and challenge results when you submit a public form.
Anonymous, aggregated usage and performance data from cookieless analytics.

How information is used

To respond to inquiries and collaboration requests.
To send newsletter messages you explicitly confirm and to process unsubscribes.
To prevent spam, automated abuse and duplicate submissions.
To understand aggregate traffic and improve site reliability.

Service providers

The site uses Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, Resend for contact and newsletter email, Cloudflare Turnstile for form verification, and Upstash for short-lived confirmation and rate-limit data. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only for the site functions described here. The Podcast page also embeds Spotify’s player, which loads as soon as you open that page; Spotify may then collect data such as your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Unconfirmed newsletter requests expire after 24 hours. Newsletter contact data remains until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Pseudonymized rate-limit identifiers expire with their security window, no later than 24 hours. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Sharing and international processing

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with the providers needed to operate the site, when you ask for a service, or when disclosure is required by law. Those providers may process data in other countries using the safeguards described in their terms.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information and may unsubscribe from newsletter email at any time. Other rights may apply under the law where you live.
